Indonesia Custome Scene: Bandung!!

I'm never been to Thailand to attend any bike fest over there such as Phuket Bike Week and word of mouth saying that is something like Sturgis Bike Fest. I don't know. But I would like to talk about Indonesia Bike Scene especially about their habit to customize their mean machine. I've been to Jakarta Selatan in 2004 for almost a month work there (that time my boss set up a new office). So many types of bike on the road but very seldom I've found Harley. But I'm wrong. I'm not into their scene... until I've found some blogs about em! There are amazing!

If you want to compare between Malaysian custom bike scene with them, we're far beyond! You just named it, they got all! What a surprise even they loved dangdut very much but hell yeah they have a kick ass bike over there!

I guess this is it! My new skin for 2010

For 2 days I'm browsing hundreds of skin to replace my blog look this year. And I think this skin is suitable to me since I'm riding my bike more often and start active last 2 month ago... my whitewall rubber meet the tarmac everyday! but I need to customise some HTML lingo which is I'm not very fluent! My old masthead is gone! My widgeo also missing and all these need to get it back! :) Hopefully this evening I can make it done and start producing a rocket launcher!

New Year New Skin

Almost a month I'm not update my blog. Busy with work and family and the last thing I know 2009 is no more and here come 2010! I'm tried to write often this year or get some cool bike pictures every month! Well, now I'm tried to experimental with HTML (that I'm not very understand) to change skin for my blog... just for fun and probably the masthead will change too!

K. Hall’s with his $1100 XS650!

I'm thinking to convert my hot road bobber to brat style! This image taking from XS650chopper.com that's influential me to maybe makeover my bike something like these! this weekend i'm trying to build my own rear fender... hahaha. I've got old used XV535 fender that has been modified. All i need to do is to drill it, bolt and get some bracket to hold that fender... look's simple method but see what happens. Well I like to talk about this lovely couple who passionate about XS650. I don't even know him but I like the ideas about what K. Hall just done. He build his bike at cheap cost and turn up awesome! That's all about! You don't have to spent a lot of money to have your own dream bike.









Done in 20 days

K. Hall build this bike for his wife for her 30th birthday. He thought that building this type of bike would be WAY faster and easier than his ridgid but this is not the case. He's still managed to get it done in 20 days just in time for her party and she loves it.

$200 in boxes

Here is K. Hall 1983 xs 650. He purchased this bike for $200 in boxes, He built the hard tail minus axle plate that he got from TC Bros. The budget is about $900 into this bike and it gets more attention than the 30,000 dollar HD’s that park next to hahaha. It dosn’t get much better than that.
